- Independent and comprehensive legal advice and support for the business of the entire Volkswagen Group Charging GmbH, in particular in the areas of civil law, distribution law, energy law, IT law, product law, corporate law, competition law
- Development, advice, review and negotiation of complex project and model contracts with national and international partners
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments as well as external stakeholders, especially the Volkswagen Group Legal Department and external law firms
- Communication of and training on legal requirements and framework conditions relating to the Volkswagen Group Charging GmbH business
Your profile
- Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with successfully completed exams and several years of professional experience, ideally in a listed company or a law firm with a corresponding focus
- Experience in contract law, in particular in drafting, coordinating and maintaining customized project and model contracts in German and English, ideally in the areas of e-mobility and/or energy
- Basic knowledge of individual areas of corporate law, competition law, antitrust law desirable
- Basic knowledge of commercial processes
- Strong communication and structuring skills, ability to work in a team, enjoy working in a dynamic business environment
